The above associated fees apply per web site and or domain name unless otherwise specified in a prior service agreement. Placement or ranking (“ranking”) refers to the numerical position of a Web site listing as returned in the search results of a given search engine based on a given keyword search. The ranking of a Web site for any given keyword search on any given search engine is, in large part, at the sole discretion of the each search engine service provider. Azalea Technology, LLC. makes no guarantees as to the actual ranking of any Web site for any given keyword search on any given search engine. Due to the diverse nature of search engine companies, their proprietary techniques, and their respective policies and procedures, which are subject to change without notice, some rankings or listings can take as many as 6 months to take effect, and some submissions may be rejected without notice. As permitted by such policies and procedures, Azalea Technology, LLC. will optimize the keywords used on a Web site(s) and submit a Web site(s) to more than 120 (or as otherwise designated by the corresponding Web Site Promotion Package) major search engines using its own professional and proprietary techniques and processes.
